熱烈祝賀甘肅雨森紙業有限公司T2、T3、T4三條生活用紙生產線于5月同日成功開機！此次開機創造了維美德三臺紙機及三臺上鼓透平真空泵同日高效開機的行業新紀錄，每臺開機間隔僅約兩小時，效率非凡！

TM2、TM3、TM4維美德紙機設計先進（幅寬3500mm，車速1650m/min，年產3萬噸/臺），生產高質量生活用紙（定量10-25g/m2）。上鼓透平真空泵的卓越性能，為紙機的高效、穩定投產提供了堅實后盾。

上鼓透平為這三條先進生產線提供了關鍵的真空系統支持。三臺真空泵都是高速永磁電機直驅（設計功率為280kW，目前試運行階段，實際運行功率僅約65kW）節能效果顯著，流量為350m3/min，真空度為-35Kpa，為紙機高效穩定運行提供了可靠的真空動力保障。

Warm congratulations to Gansu Yusen Paper Co., Ltd on the successful startup of its T2, T3, and T4 Valmet Tissue Paper machines on May! This achievement sets a new industry record for Valmet and Shanggu Turbo, with three paper machines and Vacuum Pumps starting up efficiently on the same day, each commencing operation at intervals of only about two hours – a remarkable feat of efficiency!

The TM2，TM3, and TM4 Valmet paper machines feature advanced designs (width: 3500 mm, operating speed: 1650 m/min, annual capacity: 30,000 tons per machine), producing high-quality tissue paper (basis weight: 10-25 g/m2). The outstanding performance of Shanggu Turbo's vacuum pumps provided a solid foundation for the efficient and stable commissioning of these paper machines.

Shanggu Turbo provided crucial vacuum system support for these three advanced production lines. Utilizing high-speed, permanently magnet motors driving three vacuum pumps directly (rated power 280 kW, with actual power consumption around 65 kW at current period is 65KW), the system delivers significant energy savings. With a flow rate of 350 m3/min, Vacuum Level -35kpa, it provides reliable vacuum power, ensuring the paper machines highly efficient and stable operation.
